My experience with SOAR has been unlike any other Leadership Program I have attended and have benefited a great deal from the program. A couple of specific areas come to mind. The first would be regarding the topics covered during each session. Each topic has been relevant to the challenges I face day to day. As such, each session has provided helpful tools and reading material for use with my team back at the office. The second benefit area is with the relationships I have been able to form with peers in my immediate community. As a working mom with a management level position, it is difficult to reach out and build this type of meaningful network.
