![]() Soar ProgramSOAR relies on a humanities-based curriculum with explicit application to the workplace. Participants begin with an overnight retreat, followed by 8 monthly one-half day meetings concluding with a capstone philanthropic leadership challenge project.
A diverse mix of business and industry membership allows for interdisciplinary exposure to new ways of thinking, considering non-traditional alternative approaches to issues and problems, and encourages the cross fertilization of ideas and best practices.
