SOAR Program

Soar Program

SOAR relies on a humanities-based curriculum with explicit application to the workplace. Participants meet every other month for a ½ day session over 12 months and may choose to stay connected with each other through various SOAR and non-SOAR sponsored activities during the off-months.

A diverse mix of business and industry membership allows for interdisciplinary exposure to new ways of thinking, considering non-traditional alternative approaches to issues and problems, and encourages the cross fertilization of ideas and best practices. The following categories represent SOAR’s diverse membership:

Banking Healthcare
Commercial Development
Insurance
Consumer Products Logistics
Education Manufacturing
Energy Professional Services
Engineering and Architecture
Publication printing
Entertainment Telecommunications
Financial
Technology
Food Service Transportation

99% of members queried rate their overall experience with the SOAR program as extremely valuable and would recommend it to other high potential women.
