At the conclusion of the one-year SOAR program, all SOAR graduates are eligible to participate in the SOAR Accelerate/Alumni Program. This is a series of mini-meetings designed to bring together the SOAR members, usually once per quarter, around a “burning issue” that members have identified as important to them. Senior female executive members are eligible to join the Accelerate/Alumni program as well.

Various interactive technologies are used in the Accelerate program to keep the SOAR community learning and connecting.
